The property developer Dominvs Group has appointed Ian Fergusson (pictured) as its new planning director.
Mr Fergusson was previously with Barton Willmore, where he promoted residential, mixed-use, co-living, and commercial developments.
Whilst at Barton Willmore, he notably advised Galliard Homes and Princeton Investments on their planning application for a 250 home, 15-storey co-living scheme, which became the first co-living scheme to be backed by the mayor of London, Sadiq Khan.
The appointment comes after the appointment of the group’s new chief finance officer, Ian Trinder, who joined from later-living developer Pegasus Life, and its new commercial director, Adam Ratzker, who joined from Galliard Group.
‘I’m thrilled to be joining Dominvs Group at this time. The company is bringing together an amazing top-calibre team, and I’m looking forward to working on the vast range of projects in the Dominvs pipeline as well as being involved from the very start of the development process,’ said Mr Fergusson.
The founder of Dominvs Group, Sukhpal Singh Ahluwalia, added: ‘I’m delighted to welcome Ian to Dominvs Group. His creativity and experience across the full sweep of the planning process will be critical to our success as we seek to enter the next chapter of our growth story.’
